1. Reverse lunge with knee raise, alternate sides
2. Stationary Army Crawls
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Speed Skaters
5. Squat Jumps (modify to a basic squat if needed)
4 rounds total
Remember to do a 5 min warm up and stretch afterward.
